This is one of the best ice cream flavors I have made to date. While not gooey from the freshly toasted marshmallow and melted chocolate, this evokes the same memories in a frozen version.

It's a keeper.

Cream cheese base serves as the foundation. The cream cheese is a great stabilizer and helps create a thick base that enables more air to be trapped within. I always end up with more ice cream than can fit in my quart container whenever I make this base.

For the mix-ins, homemade graham crackers, fudge ripple, and freshly made marshmallows complete the flavor.
