This ice cream was created before I started tracking my ice creams.
Scotcharoos seems to be a Midwestern treat as I would get confused faces when I asked other people if they'd ever had these treats. After all, who doesn't like Rice Krispies, chocolate, and peanut butter?
This recipe uses a peanut butter base, fudge ripple, and caramelized Rice Krispies.
