Pumpkin Sage

This ice cream was attempting to replicate a pumpkin pie, but I had found a recipe that had the addition of the sage. The sage was overly powerful in this ice cream, so I would likely pull it out earlier.

To finish off this ice cream, I made a graham cracker crumble.
