Doughnut
This was a fun ice cream to make. It turns out that baked goods can be blended into a hot base and that not only imparts the flavor to the ice cream, but it makes it very thick. A glazed doughnut was the first item to go in, but trying this with other baked goods is on the list.

The glazed doughnut flavor really came through! I didn't use the whole doughnut in the ice cream, so having some leftovers on the side helped me to compare the flavor.
