Cookies and Cream
A modern take on a classic ice cream.
Cookies and cream is always a classic combination. In this take, vanilla custard is mixed with two kinds of cookies - baked chocolate cookies and chocolate cookie dough.

Some bigger chunks of baked cookies would improve this ice cream. The small bits that resulted from smashing some of the cookies ended up soaking up moisture in the freezer so it was better closer to the date that I made it. Perhaps baking the cookies longer would help improve the results.
