Cherry Garcia a la Bollom Ice Cream Shoppe

This ice cream was created before I started tracking my ice creams.
Someone had requested I make a Cherry Garcia ice cream. Since I had never had Cherry Garcia before, this required me to go to the store and purchase a small container to sample. From there, I created an ice cream base and infused some frozen cherries. Chocolate chunks and chopped frozen cherries were then added.
It wasn't bad, but there wasn't enough cherry flavor. I may need to add some cherry extract or similar in the future.
